What if I have revisions for my finished product?
Yes. We want to make sure you’re happy with your final product. If you have revisions, simply reply back to your delivery email with changes. Our experts will make one additional round of revisions within 48 hours.
Can I pick my spokesperson, background music, or b-roll?
Yes… and maybe. You will be able to pick your spokesperson from a list of options. For music, b-roll, and other details, you’ll have the opportunity to place comments before submitting your order. Our video experts will make every attempt to match your preferences. The only exception to this is that we cannot use popular or copyrighted materials and must work with the options we have available in our library. Examples: We cannot use “Eye of the Tiger” as background music, but we can use “inspirational, motivational music.”
Is there a discount for multiple purchases?
At this time, we offer already low prices in order to help meet the demand for growing clients, so we do not offer discounts. However, if you’re interested in an enterprise-level subscription service, please contact us at rhicks@goeverwork.com and we’ll be happy to provide options.
Can you deliver my finished video in multiple size ratios?
